not a metalhead, btw... looks more like a wannabe punk rocker (a shirt with a logo of a Russian pseudo punk band, 'anarchy' headband, spiked choker - doesn't look too 'metal'). In Russia people like that are commonly referred as 'govnari', which can be loosely translated as 'craprockers'.
